CREAMY VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 1/2 grated carrots
1 1/2 diced celery
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1 1/2 diced cucumber or a few green onions
1 chopped onion
2 c. cottage cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 to 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
2 sm. or 1 lg. lemon Jello in 1 c. hot water

Cool Jello until syrupy. Add mayonnaise, cottage cheese and Cool Whip then vegetables. Refrigerate until set.
