RHUBARB DESSERTS 
4 c. rhubarb, cut up
3/4 c. white sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1 c. boiling water

Put in 9 x 13 inch pan, 4 cups cut up rhubarb. Sprinkle 3/4 cup of sugar over rhubarb. Sprinkle 1 package dry strawberry Jello (3 ounce) over mix. Take 1 box yellow cake mix and sprinkle over Jello. Slice 1 stick butter over cake mix. Pour 1 cup boiling water over top. Do not stir. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut when cool.
