FROSTY STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) strawberry Jello
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 pt. ice cream (vanilla or strawberry)
1-1 1/2 c. sliced strawberries
1 baked or graham shell

If you desire use 1 (10 ounce) package frozen berries, thawed and well drained.

Dissolve gelatin in water. Gradually add ice cream, stirring until melted. Chill until thickened, but not set (about 15-20 minutes). Fold in berries and pour into shell. Chill until firm. Garnish with whipped cream or whipped topping such as Cool Whip. Decorate with additional berries. Try other flavors - orange, raspberry or peach. If you use canned fruit, use juice for part of the water.
