SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
3 lb. lean pork shoulder (cut into pieces)
1 lb. veal steak (dice in 1/2 inch pieces & sear in 2 tbsp. salad oil)
1 lg. can tomato juice (46 oz.)
2 (1 lb. 11 oz.) cans whole tomatoes
2 lg. cans tomato sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
8 to 12 cloves garlic chopped fine

Add these to meat and simmer slowly, 4 to 6 hours. Add 1 can tomato paste and cook additional 30 minutes. Serve over spaghetti. Makes very large kettle full -- can be frozen.
