BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE | |
1 med. onion 1/2 c. butter 1 c. rice 2 c. water 8 oz. Velveeta cheese 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. milk 2 pkgs. broccoli, chopped Chop onions and saute in butter. Separately cook 1 cup rice in 2 cups water. Cut up Velveeta cheese in small cubes. Cook and drain 2 packages broccoli. Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serves 8 to 10. |
