2 c. flour
1 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Accent
1 tsp. garlic powder

DIPPING LIQUID:

1 egg
3 tbsp. milk

DIPPING LIQUID: Beat egg and milk well.

Dip meat in flour mixture, then in egg mixture, and then in flour mixture again. Brown in oil in covered pan on medium heat. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in broiler pan.
