PORCUPINE BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. rice
1 tbsp. onion
1 egg
1 c. mashed potatoes
1 tbsp. green pepper
1 can tomato soup with 1 can water

Shape above into balls and pour the tomato and water mixture over and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
