ROCKY ROAD CHEESECAKE 
1 c. chocolate wafer crumbs or graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
2 (8 oz.) soft cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
2 c. mini marshmallows
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
1/2 c. nuts

Combine crumbs and butter. Press into bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool.

Soften gelatin in cold water; stick over low heat until dissolved.

Combine cream cheese, sugar, cocoa, vanilla and salt, mixing on electric mixer until well blended. Gradually add gelatin, mixing until blended. Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour over crust. Chill until firm.
