SPICY BEEF HORS D'OEUVRES 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 tsp. ground oregano
1 long loaf party rye, slices halved or very thin sliced wheat bread, slices quartered
1 lb. pork sausage
3-4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder

Brown beef and sausage in skillet, drain off fat. Add cheese and seasonings and mix well until cheese is melted. Spread mixture on slices of bread and store in freezer until ready to serve. Place on cookie sheet under broiler until slightly browned.
