MINUTE RICE SIDE DISH 
1 1/3 c. Minute Rice
1 1/3 c. beef or chicken bouillon (about 1 1/2 tsp. in 1 1/3 c. water)
1/4 c. raisins
1 med. chopped onion
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 stick butter
Slivered almonds (opt.)

Melt butter in saucepan. Saute onion for 5 minutes. Add rice and saute for 3 more minutes. Add bouillon and raisins. Bring to boil and cook as directed for Minute Rice. Add parsley and stir. Great with chicken or beef kabobs.
