ORIENTAL SALAD DRESSING OR MARINADE | |
1/4 c. soy sauce 3 tbsp. rice vinegar 1 tsp. dry mustard powder 1/2 tsp. sesame oil 1/4 c. Wesson oil 1 1/2 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. dry ginger or 1 tsp. fresh DRESSING: Whisk all the ingredients together until thoroughly blended. Refrigerate until ready to use. MARINADE: Double all ingredients and blend thoroughly in a large baking dish. Add 2-3 pounds cubed meat and marinate 1-2 hours or longer for stronger flavor. Alternate meat with chunks of vegetables and broil 5 minutes per side or until done. Discard remaining marinade. |
