AUTUMN SALAD 
8 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
8 c. boiling water
1 lg. can apricot nectar
16 apples, cut medium fine (leave the peeling on)
2 c. celery, cut fine for top of salad after it sets slightly
Nuts can be put on top

Mix ingredients in order. After cooled, stir gently and chill until set.
