ROASTED PUMPKIN SEEDS 
2 cups unwashed pumpkin seeds
1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
1 1/4 teaspoons salt (optional)

Spread seeds on cookie sheet. Pour remaining ingredients over seeds.

Bake at 250°F for 2 hours stirring every 30 to 40 minutes. EAT!
