COMPANY BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 chopped onion
2 c. diced tomatoes (fresh or canned)
2 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 chopped sm. bell pepper
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
5 oz. cooked macaroni
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. grated cheese

Brown beef; add onion, catsup, Worcestershire, tomatoes, bell pepper and parsley. Simmer for 30 minutes.

Cook macaroni according to package directions, drain and rinse in hot water. Combine macaroni, beef mixture and soup in bowl, salt and pepper to taste. Spoon into casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in oven for 30 minutes. Freezes well.
