3 c. walnuts
1 egg white
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Coat nuts with egg whites. (Pour over nuts.) Mix sugar and nuts. Put on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Turn after first 15 minutes.
