MOM'S NUT ROLLS 
5 c. flour
1 lb. butter, softened
6 tbsp. sugar
4 egg yolks
1/2 pt. sour cream
2 tbsp. vanilla

FILLING:

4 lbs. ground nuts
2 egg whites
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 stick butter, softened

Mix flour and butter together. Add sugar, yolks, vanilla and sour cream, mixing well. Chill the dough (can be refrigerated overnight). Roll dough out in powdered sugar and cut in 2-inch squares. Fill with nut filling and roll in shape. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

FILLING: Slightly beat egg whites; add sugar, vanilla, and butter. Mix well and add the nuts.
