CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
6 chicken breasts, boiled and deboned
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 stick butter
1 pkg. Escort crackers, crushed (reserve 1/4 cup for later use)

Melt butter and add crackers; press in the bottom of a baking dish forming a bottom crust. Lay chicken on top of crust. Mix soup and sour cream in blender and pour over chicken. Sprinkle remaining crackers on top and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
