CREOLE OKRA 
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. green pepper
1 tbsp. bacon fat
1 1/2 c. Okra
3/4 c. fresh chopped tomatoes
1 c. cut corn
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cook onions, green pepper in hot fat until onions brown. Add okra and cover. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
