GOURMET PIZZA 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 pkg. dry active yeast
1 c. warm water
1 tbsp. olive oil
Fresh tomatoes
Fresh basil
3 cloves of garlic
1/4 c. frozen spinach
1 sm. onion, sliced
1 (4 oz.) can of mushrooms
1/2 lbs. shredded cheese
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. bacon or pepperoni, chopped (optional)

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix flour, water, olive oil and yeast together. Stir 100 strokes, cover. Let rise in warm place for 30 minutes. Lightly grease one 12-inch pizza pan and carefully spread dough on the pan. Pre-cook the dough in oven for 10 minutes. Remove and top with remaining ingredients. Bake fro 15 to 20 minutes.
