BUTTERMILK GELATIN SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. or 2 sm. peach Jello
1 env. plain Knox gelatin
1 can crushed pineapple (20 oz.)
2 c. buttermilk
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Bring pineapple to a boil. Add peach Jello and plain gelatin dissolved in 1/4 cup water. Continue to mix until Jello is dissolved. Set aside to cool until Jello thickens. In the meantime add buttermilk to Cool Whip. Add Cool Whip mixture to Jello and pineapple. Pour into 9 x 9 inch mold. Serve when firm.
