BUTTERMILK SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. buttermilk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed

Boil pineapple; add Jello. Mix well. Cool 10 minutes. Add 2 cups buttermilk. Congeal slightly. Add Cool Whip and whip until well blended. Pour into dish and chill well until set.

By using unsweetened pineapple and sugar free Jello, this makes a delicious low calorie salad.
