TACO IMPOSSIBLE PIE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground turkey & ground chuck (1/2 of each)
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 (4 oz.) jar green chili peppers, chopped & drained

CRUST:

3/4 c. Jiffy biscuit mix
1 1/4 c. milk
3 eggs

TOPPING:

2 tomatoes, chopped
1 c. shredded cheese (Monterey Jack or Cheddar)
1 pt. sour cream
2 additional tomatoes, chopped
Shredded lettuce
Additional shredded cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease deep dish 10" pie plate. Brown meat and onion; drain. Stir in seasoning mix and spread the mixture on the bottom of the prepared pie plate. Top with green chilies. With hand beater, blend eggs, milk and Jiffy mix until smooth. Pour over meat and chilies. Bake for 20 minutes and remove from oven. Top with tomatoes and cheese. Return to oven and bake an additional 8 to 10 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes and cut into pie wedges. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomatoes, lettuce and shredded cheese on top. Great for company, make two!
