GOLDEN SHRIMP BAKE 
1 (7 oz.) pkg. macaroni
2 c. mushrooms, sliced and drained
1/3 c. butter
2 (4 oz.) cans shrimp
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
Onion powder
Curry powder
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. shredded cheese

Cook macaroni, mushrooms, and butter. Stir in a spoon each of onion and curry powder. Blend in sour cream, cheese, and lemon juice. Drain the shrimp and add to cheese mixture with onions. Turn into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole, then sprinkle with additional 1/2 cup of shredded cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
