HEATH CANDY BARS 
Soda crackers (unsalted), enough to cover cookie sheet
2 sticks butter
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips (or use milk chocolate chips)
Chopped pecans

Cover cookie sheet with crackers touching each other. Melt butter and brown sugar. Bring to a hearty boil until sugar is dissolved, about 3 minutes after starting to boil. (Under cooking will make sticky bars.) Pour on or spoon over crackers. Bake 8 minutes at 400 degrees. Take from oven while hot and sprinkle on chocolate chips. As they melt, spread all over with spatula. Sprinkle all over with chopped nuts. Cool and place in refrigerator for about 1 hour. Cut into bars.
