SALMON SPREAD 
1 can salmon
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. horseradish (optional)
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix well and refrigerate overnight. Form into loaf or roll in parsley flakes, chopped pecans or chopped walnuts. Refrigerate several hours more. Serve with party bread or crackers.
