SALAD WITH FETA FROM GREECE 
2 tomatoes
1/2 cucumber
1 lg. onion
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 green bell pepper
2 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. wine vinegar
Pepper
Salt
4 oz. Feta (sheep cheese)
Handful black olives
Dried oregano

Cut the tomatoes in 8 pieces and put them in a bowl. Peel the cucumber, cut lengthwise in half and remove the seeds with a spoon and cut into cubes. Peel the onion and cut into slices. Clean the bell peppers and cut into small slices. Mix all the vegetables in the bowl with the oil and vinegar, pepper and salt. Break the Feta into pieces and toss on top, with olives and oregano. Tastes good with French bread as a light snack or as a meal.
