HAMBURGER AND NOODLES 
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. celery salt
3 c. dry egg noodles
3 c. tomato juice
1 c. sour cream

Brown meat together with other ingredients. Drain off fat. Add 3 cups dry egg noodles (do not cook noodles before adding to mixture) and 3 cups tomato juice. Cook slowly 20 to 30 minutes. Add 1 cup sour cream just before serving. Heat thoroughly. Serve with a tossed salad and bread sticks for a quick meal.
