2 c. flour
1 c. salt
1 c. water

Mix all ingredients together. Knead 3 minutes. Can separate into small batches. Add food coloring, if desired different colors (store in refrigerator). Make shapes out of cookie cutter designs or create your own. To make permanent, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Paint or decorate or varnish when cooled.
