HAM BALLS 
2 lbs. ground pork shoulder
1 lb. ground ham
3 tbsp. minced onions (you may use 2 tbsp.)
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. water (or enough to moisten)
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. additional water
1/4 c. vinegar

Combine above ingredients and mix well. Form into balls and brown. Place balls in shallow casserole.

Mix together 1 cup brown sugar, 1 1/2 cups water, 1/4 cup vinegar. Boil for 15 minutes. Pour over ham balls. Bake 3/4 hour at 350 degrees. Makes approximately 70 ham balls.
