STRAWBERRY PECAN CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
1 box strawberry gelatin
1 c. oil
1/2 c. milk
1 c. frozen strawberries, thawed
1 c. coconut
4 eggs
1 c. pecans, finely chopped

Mix cake mix and gelatin together, add oil and milk. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add strawberries, coconut and pecans. Bake in 3 layers in preheated oven 325 degrees or 350 degrees about 30 minutes.

ICING:

1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 c. drained strawberries
1/2 c. pecans finely chopped
1/2 c. coconut

Cream sugar with butter. Add other ingredients. Mix well and spread between layers and on top of cake. Can use fresh strawberries.
