FRUITED COUSCOUS 
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. couscous
1/4 c. dried apricots, sliced
1/4 c. dark raisins
1/4 c. whole natural almonds

In medium saucepan over high heat bring chicken broth and butter to boiling. Stir in couscous, dried apricots and raisins. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Just before serving, fluff couscous with fork and stir in almonds.
