FANCY MEATLOAF 
Mix together the regular ingredients of your own favorite meat loaf - you will also need peeled hard cooked eggs and a bread loaf pan.

Cover the bottom of the pan with meatloaf mixture - 1/2 inch thick. Place the hard cooked eggs lengthwise in the pan. Pack the remaining meatloaf mixture around and over the eggs - they must be covered. Cook at your regular meatloaf temperature.

Caution: When you slice the meatloaf be sure to use a sharp knife so as to cut the eggs not tear them.
