POTATOES COWBOY STYLE 
1/2 lb. bacon
7-8 lg. potatoes
Cheddar cheese
Salt
Pepper

Fry bacon in skillet. Remove bacon from grease and set aside. Peel and slice potatoes into bacon grease. As potatoes are frying, salt and pepper to taste.

When potatoes are done, sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and top with crumbled bacon. Heat until cheese melts.
