CHOCOLATE PUDDING CAKE 
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 box brownie mix

Or use 1 cup Nestle's Quik or 1 cup Hershey's Instant.

Combine sugar, cocoa, vanilla and boiling water in ungreased 9" square pan. Mix brownies as directed on box. Spoon into mixture in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes, until firm to the touch. Serve warm with cream, mil, whipped cream or ice cream.
