2 c. sugar
1/4 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 c. milk

Put all above in a pan and bring to boil for 1 minute, while stirring. Remove from heat and add:

1 c. peanut butter
3 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. vanilla

Stir peanut butter, vanilla, oatmeal into the boiled mixture and stir well. Drop by teaspoonful size onto a waxed piece of paper and let sit until cool. Happy Eating!
