CHOCOLATE, PEANUT BUTTER OATMEAL
COOKIES
 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. lowfat milk 2%
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/4 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. quick 1 minute cook Quaker oats

Melt butter and add milk. Mix cocoa and sugar together and add to butter and milk mixture. Stir the mixture over medium heat until sugar and cocoa dissolves. Bring to boil and boil 3 minutes.

After the mixture boils for 3 minutes, turn off heat and add peanut butter and stir. Add oats and salt and stir. Add vanilla and remove from stove. Stir good until mixture starts to harden. Drop on cookie sheet and let cool. Makes 1 dozen large cookies.
