STRINGED BEEF
2 lbs. round beef (I use flank)
1/3 c. oil
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 green pepper
1 can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Accent
1 bay leaf
1/2 c. cooking wine
1 can red peppers

Cook the meat in water until very tender. You can also cook it in a pressure cooker. Pull the beef apart in strings. Cut the onion in slices and green peppers in strips. Add the rest of the ingredients and allow to cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. The red peppers can be added to this or used as garnish. Serve with white rice.
