COTTAGE CHEESE CAKE 
1 box Zwieback, rolled out finely
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. sugar

Mix together. Reserve one cup for top. Line spring form pan with crust (bottom and sides. Put filling in (recipe follows) and sprinkle one cup of crust on top.

FILLING:

2 lb. cottage cheese, put through sieve
4 eggs
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Bake one hour at 300 degrees. Turn off oven and let cake stay in oven for one hour.
