SWEET AND SOUR RIB SAUCE 
Enough ribs to serve 10 people

Cook ribs two hours, drain off fat.

While the ribs are cooking, cook the following in a saucepan until sugar dissolves, then pour over drained ribs: 1/4 c. green pepper 1 lg. can tomatoes 1 lg. can pineapple, drained 1/4 c. vinegar 3/4 c. brown sugar
