CHILE RELLENO 
2 (7 oz.) cans green chilies
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
4 eggs, scrambled
3 tsp. flour
1 (16 oz.) can milk
Salt, pepper, garlic and onion (optional) to taste

Mix all above ingredients and put in 9x13x2 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 15.
