PIMENTO CHEESE 
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese
Sweet pickles
Pimentos
2 or 3 hard-boiled eggs

Dice cheese, pickles, pimentos and eggs. Make dressing.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs

Cook over low heat, stirring constantly. Pour hot, over diced Velveeta cheese, pickles, pimentos, and 2 or 3 eggs.
