PIZZA BREAD 
Frozen bread dough - 2 loaves
1 lb. Provolone cheese, sliced thin
1 lb. sandwich pepperoni, sliced thin
1/2 lb. grated Mozzarella

Thaw bread dough according to directions. Grease jelly roll pan and work dough into a rectangle to fit pan. Take 1/2 of Provolone cheese and lay on top of dough. Lay 1/2 of pepperoni on top of cheese. Sprinkle with 1/2 Mozzarella cheese. (Do not take to end of dough.)

Roll up like jelly roll and pinch edges and seam. Repeat with other bread dough. Place seam-side down and bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool 15 minutes before cutting. Slice 1/4-inch thick. Can be frozen and reheated in microwave or oven.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
