TOMATO (PIZZA) BREAD 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

2 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 1/2 c. peeled and chopped tomatoes, drained

Reserve juice and add enough milk to make 2/3 cup liquid. Bake at 350 degrees for 75-80 minutes. You may need a foil tent the last half hour. Great served warm with butter.
