BRANDIED CHICKEN WINGS 
2 lbs. chicken legs or wings
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. brandy
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. chili pepper
1 clove garlic (crushed)
1 1/2 tsp. grated fresh ginger root

Mix together. Marinate 1 hour or more. Bake in marinade 1 1/2 hours or until marinate is sticky, uncovered at 375 degrees. Turn once.
