MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 1/2 c. meal
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 can cream corn
1/2 c. onions
1 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. bell pepper
1/4 c. pimiento
2 tbsp. hot pepper
1/4 c. oil
1/2 lb. sausage

Cook sausage, stirring until crumbled into small pieces. Combine all other ingredients. Mix well; add sausage. Pour into heavy skillet and bake 45 minutes at 425 degrees.
