CHICKEN WITH DRESSING 
2 to 3 c. cooked, chopped chicken
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. sour cream
2 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. black pepper, optional
1 sm. size Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing mix
1 stick butter

Cook chicken and chop. To chicken add soup, sour cream, pepper and pour over chicken broth. It will seem too thin, but dressing will absorb it. Butter the inside of a large 13x9x2 inch dish.

Melt the stick of butter. Pour it over the stuffing mix. Pour the chicken mixture into the greased dish. Pour the stuffing/butter mix on top. Press stuffing down into the liquid with back of spoon. Bake 350 degrees 45 minutes, covered with foil.
