BANANA SALAD 
1 c. brown sugar, packed
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. butter
Salted cocktail peanuts
6-8 bananas

Cut bananas lengthwise and quarter. Layer bananas in pan. Mix brown sugar, flour in saucepan. Add milk bring to boil, stirring constantly. Add vinegar and butter remove from pan when a sauce is formed. Add peanuts; layer half of sauce over bananas. Add another layer of bananas and rest of sauce. Chill or serve warm. Serves 6-8 people.
