QUICK LAYERED CASSEROLE 
This recipe fits in an 8x8-inch pan. Double to fit in 9x13-inch pan.

1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 can mushrooms, drained
4 to 5 onion slices
1 can carrots, drained
1 can tomato soup
6 slices cheese
2 c. hash brown cubes

Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix ground beef with salt. Starting with beef, layer rest of ingredients in order given. Bake 90 minutes at 400°F.

Variation: Use green beans and mushrooms. If no hash browns are available, slice potatoes thin and pour soup on top. Great served with croutons on top!
