BLACK WALNUT PIE 
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. dark corn syrup
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell, chilled
1 c. black walnuts, coarsely chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine eggs, brown sugar, salt, corn syrup, butter and vanilla in bowl; blend well. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle black walnuts over top. Bake 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack.
