MEXICAN DIP 
2 lbs. hamburger
4 c. shredded taco cheese
4 c. (2 cans) stewed tomatoes
2 pkgs. chili o mix plus 1 c. water
2 bunches green onions, tops also
2 green peppers, chopped (optional)

Brown hamburger (drain), add tomatoes, and chili mix. Simmer 15 minutes.

In 13x9 or larger pan, layer hamburger, onions, peppers and cheese. Two layers. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes uncovered. Serve hot with tostito or taco chips. Great for a party.
